the location was super convenient, close to little india and central georgetown. the shared kitchen was a nice touch with hot and cold water anytime. our family room was clean and comfy. the staff were so helpful with resturant and transport tips, really made our stay better.
the floors were thin, so you could hear other guests easily, which was annoying at times. also, it would be nice to have handsoap at the sink instead of just in the shower.

The location is spot-on, putting you in the thick of the action. The bed in the room provided a comfortable vibe for resting after a long day of exploring.
Soundproofing leaves a lot to be desired. if you're on the lower floors, you'll hear every rustle and whisper from neighbors. Limited hours for check-in and a lack of on-site breakfast options can feel inconvenient, especially when arriving after hours. The absence of staff at critical times led to significant delays when needing access to rooms, leaving guests to fend for themselves.

heritage setting, charming decor, upstairs terrace
Better soundproofing needed!!! It’s uncomfortable to hear footsteps and conversations from the room above all night. WiFi connection was weak for the first two days. this isn’t ideal for those needing reliable internet access!!!

I had a wonderful experience staying in the Single Room. It was clean and comfortable with both a ceiling fan and AC, enhancing my relaxation. The staff was incredibly welcoming, allowing me to store my bag and notifying me via text when my room was ready.
